The Ekiti State All Progressive Congress, APC has spoken up on the current crisis of the State Governor, Ayodele Fayose especially in the hands of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission over alleged connection with fraudulently diverted arms cash.
The state APC while addressing the issue urged the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to further investigate other banks and Fayose’s homes.
The Ekiti state APC Publicity Secretary, Taiwo Olatunbosun further said that Fayose was confused on how best to react to what he described as “a clearly criminal expose by the anti-graft agency on how he fraudulently diverted arms cash to win his election”.
Speaking further, the party’s publicity secretary maintained that Fayose lacked proper documentation adding that it was clear the Governor could not meet the requirements of a new bail-out fund.

He further added: “We call on EFCC to beam its searchlights on other banks and his so-called secret South Africa-made safe kept in his Afao home and Lagos where the governor allegedly keeps Ekiti money.
“We believe that N4.7b poll fund fraud will be a child’s play by the time the EFCC hits some banks that Fayose has his cronies who help in keeping funds realised from
